If you lost your license key
Contact us at support@computentsystems.de. Write us your full name and if possible your order number. If you changed your email address since you bought getStarted!XP and you do not know your order number please write us your full name, address, zip, country, city and phone. We need this information to compare it with your order and avoid possible frauds.

Me and my friend
The Licenses are personalized. They contain your name and your emailadress. If you buy two (or more) licenses for yourself and for your friend(s) then contact us immediately after placing the order and provide your friend(s) Name and emailadress and we will separate your licenses.
